2020 Deadlines: Please submit your application by the deadline of February 15, 2020. We will be conducting the jurying process in March and make our decisions by March 1, 2020. We will continue to accept and jury applications until our cutoff deadline of March 28, 2020. If accepted, fees are due by April 15, 2020. There will be an added fee for payments made after that deadline. Please note, that if you apply after the jurying process begins, we must consider our vendors who are juried in and paid and decline those that missed the competitive deadline of January 31, 2020 and who have similar wares.
Jurying: There is a jurying process. There will be no fee for the jurying process. We prioritize jurying on vendors that support the theme of the festival, create their own products, and/or offer interactive demonstrations on how to make them.
Process: Notification of acceptance into the event will be sent on or before March 12. If you have not heard from us in writing by March 12, please contact us ASAP, because we will not assign any spaces at the show. Booth spaces may not be shared without prior permission.
Payment: Do not send payment for the booth space now. Booth and site fees will only be collected after vendors have been juried and accepted. Vendor categories and fees are as follows:

Important: The vendor application is separated into two steps. The first step is to create an account if you don't already have one. If you do, you will be asked to sign-in using your email and password. After you are signed-in, you will automatically be taken to the vending application. We are doing this so that you can more easily apply year to year, and so that we can keep in touch with you along the way by sending you important updates via email.
