General Information About the Festival
In 2020, we started the Outreach Educational Lectures and Demos program. If you have an Educational Lecture or Demo you would like to offer, please click here for the Educational Lecture/Demo application. This application is for an outreach exhibitor only.
Where: Roosevelt Center, Historic Greenbelt, Maryland
When: Saturday and Sunday
May 9th and 10th, 2020
Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. & Sunday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Estimated attendance: Our festival has grown year after year! This year we expect around 3,000 for the weekend or 1,000 to 2,000 per day.

2020 Deadlines: Please submit your application by the deadline of February 29, 2020. We will continue to accept applications until our cutoff deadline of March 15, 2020. If accepted, fees are due by April 2, 2020.
Process: Notification of acceptance into the event will be sent on or before March 1. If you have not heard from us in writing by March 1, please contact us ASAP, because we will not assign any spaces at the show. Booth spaces may not be shared without prior permission.
Payment: Do not send payment for the booth space now. Booth and site fees will only be collected after outreach organizations have been and accepted. Outreach categories and fees are as follows:

Lodging, and other details : There are no on-site accommodations. Please see our information page for local lodging possibilities.

We will have an evening paid security service to ensure the safety of your tents. Your tent should be closed on all sides and secured for the possibility of local weather conditions.
Important: The exhibitor application is separated into two steps. The first step is to create an account if you don't already have one. If you do, you will be asked to sign-in using your email and password. After you are signed-in, you will automatically be taken to the exhibitor application. We are doing this so that you can more easily apply year to year, and so that we can keep in touch with you along the way by sending you important updates via email.
